Issue
Customers with RSA SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) or Hosted products or product features need timely information about the service status of those products.
This includes:
- Status reports for outages
- Status reports for upgrades
- Notification of unplanned outages
This is particularly important for customers' operational and management staff who are responsible for the 24x7 uptime of critical applications.
Resolution
RSA publishes
service notifications for SaaS and hosted products within RSA Link.
If you have an active maintenance contract and registered as a customer or partner then you will be automatically subscribed to receive service notifications for your SaaS and Hosted products.
You may also opt-in manually by following the products' Service Notifications pages on RSA Link, as explained in the following article:
