Live Connect Errors

Issue

The RSA Live Connect Service has been discontinued as of July 28, 2021. An advisory was published announcing the decommissioning of the RSA Live Service on July 26, 2021.

The NetWitness Logs and Packets product will be affected when access to the service is attempted.
Errors are manifested in similar fashion as shown in the below screenshots.

Resolution

No action is needed. The Live Connect Service has been shutdown.
