You are able to logon to the UI and connect to the ECAT database. However certain panels do not return any data. (This can be manifest when clicking on a specific machine) None of the fields are populated with any data.
The UI has several built-in configuration files that it depends on. It is possible that they could get corrupted.
For each EndUser there is a profile that is constructed. This profile is found in the C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\RSA\RSA Netwitness Endpoint\<version number>
Each user account on the endpoint will have its own profile. The profile name consists of the username of the account and the database it connects to." The attached screenshot shows 3 different users. In your system, there may be only one folder that fits this description."
To resolve: Exit out of the UI, navigate to the folder location where the profile is stored. Delete the profile folder (in the example the account "Gino" connecting to the ECAT$PRIMARY would be deleted. In your system there might only be one folder that fits the description.)
