Issue
The agent driver fails with 0x0000007f in the UI, and rebooting the target endpoint machine does not clear this error code.
Cause
The cause of this error is due to the following description of this kernel driver error:
0x0000007f = The specified procedure could not be found. This error indicates that the operating system contains an incompatibility with the installed agent. Unlike E0010008 however, this is due to a missing procedure in the OS and not because it is explicitly unsupported.
Resolution
This error is normally seen in Windows XP x86 version, due to needing an update in the agent code. The x64 version does not experience this issue. There is no workaround for this issue, but the fix is incorporated into 4.4.0.5.
