Hi, I have an RSA PARTNER PORTAL account. However, I would like to access the Archer community website and its related content. For now, I had to create a separate account for the RSA community website. This account has insufficient permissions to access the sections that I'm interested in. Would you be able to assist me ?

Hi Mathieu,
There are two options that you can take to gain access to the Archer Customer/Partner Community" data-type="space.
It is recommended that you perform the first option, as it will also give you access to content that is restricted to users with active maintenance contracts and will also give you access to the My RSA page for case management.
If you wish to re-register your account to designate yourself as a partner, simply to go https://enroll.rsasecurity.com and register again with your same email address and this time check the "I am a customer or partner" box. You will not need to change your password, Security Questions, or On-Demand Authentication when you re-register.
If you encounter any issues with this, please feel free to Contact RSA Customer Support by sending an email to support@rsa.com and they will be happy to assist you further.
Thanks,
Jeff
