Overview

This is the second course in the Adaptive Authentication Case Management curriculum, for both Cloud and On-Premise offerings. Building upon the foundation established in the overview course, this course takes the learner on a deeper dive into the Case Management application. Upon finishing this course, you will have an understanding of all the features of the Case Management application. You will also learn how to manage, operate and work with Case Management to analyze any suspicious activities in order to maintain a secure/fraud-proof environment.
