How to create a case for Demisto based RSA NetWitness Orchestrator

Issue

A customer is having an issue with the Demisto version of RSA NetWitness Orchestrator and NetWitness Support needs to open a case with Demisto Support.

 

Resolution

NetWitness Orchestrator Powered by Demisto

How to create a Demisto Support Account:
Anyone can request a Demisto Support account now. All a person would have to do is email helpcenter@demisto.com. This mailbox is managed by a bot that should send you an email with the information you must create an account and thus, move to create a case.


How to create a case with Demisto:
Once you receive your account, you can go to https://support.demisto.com, login with your newly created account, and click "Submit a Request" in the upper right of the page.

While not required, you should provide as much information about the problem as you can. You should also include the fact that you are using RSA Orchestrator with the build number; the content version; and debug level logs if available. This information should all be available in Demisto's RSA Orchestrator under Settings > About > Version and Troubleshooting subtabs respectively.
