Summary:

RSA, a Dell Technologies business, is notifying all users of the scheduled End of Primary Support (EOPS) for RSA Security Analytics Warehouse (SAW) on October 31, 2019 in combination with the planned EOPS of RSA Security Analytics 10.6.x.  The SAW is composed of the RSA provided Hadoop warehouse and its associated analytics software.   No Extended Support will be offered. 

This EOPS notice does not apply to the Warehouse Connector, as it’ll continue to be supported as part of the RSA NetWitness Platform.

All versions of RSA Security Analytics Warehouse .

Recommendation:

Customers who are currently using the RSA Security Analytics Warehouse should review the following options and select the one that best meets their business needs.   Customers may also contact their local RSA Sales Representative with any questions. 

•      Decommission the SAW altogether
•      Replace SAW with a 3^rd Party Data Warehouse solution, using the RSA NetWitness Platform Warehouse Connector component for the integration.
•      Convert the SAW hardware into a different NetWitness hosts or DACs.
