Dear student,
We are in the process of revamping and upgrading our learning platform, as well as our content and certifications. We are working to hard to bring you better content and realize certifications are a big part of this, so we have put together a quick FAQ to answer your most pressing questions and concerns:
- What happened to the certifications?
- Worry not, they are still here! we are migrating Learning systems and part of that process includes moving our certification exam and content as well. We will no longer host exams on a separate platform(Pearson VUE) but instead they will be hosted inside the same learning platform, keeping everything together
- When will they be back?
- Our current target date for release is end of July 2022, although we are pushing to get this released earlier, more updates to come here
- What certifications will you offer?
- We will continue to offer the Certified Associate, Certified Specialist - Administrator and Certified Specialist - Analyst
- What if I registered for a certification prior to August 31st?
- You can still take the certification with Person VUE up to that date, Aug 31st 2021. For any students registered after that we have proactively reached out to reschedule, however if you have any questions please contact us at education.support@netwitness.com
- What if I have a voucher for a certification but have not registered for an exam?
- Your vouchers will still be valid, so please hold unto them. Once we have the new certification portal ready, we will send an announcement so you can register for the exam
- What will happen to my previous exam results and certifications?
- We are migrating historical information, so you will still have access to your certifications and completion badges
