Hi,
I just registered using my customer site ID and am getting access denied to downloads and support case creation. Is there more that I need to do?

Thanks for confirming the same. Now you should be able to select an "RSA Product Set", "Request For", or "RSA Version/Condition" in the case creation form. Could you please try it now?

@admin_vermam4 I was able to get to the case creation page, but was not able to select an "RSA Product Set", "Request For", or "RSA Version/Condition" in the case creation form. SecureID did not populate in the list.

I have access to the case portal now but still get access denied when following the links to download agents. This is the particular URL I get to for the ADFS agent, https://community.rsa.com/t5/forums/recentpostspage/post-type/thread/board-id/auth-agent-ad-fs-downloads.
