Help, cannot create new support case

Hi,

I am trying to create a new support case, but this error keeps showing, I tried to refresh, log out and log in, still the same thing, I check all the fields are filled in.

How can I proceed?

We are currently experiencing a known issue with partners being able to submit cases via the online portal. Until we can get this issue resolved, please submit your case via email to support@rsa.com. Sorry for the inconvenience and let me know if you have any other questions.
