a customer is interested in the RSA SecurID Access agent for Apache, for 2FA using Authentication Manager. They are running SuSE 12. According to the Install guide, only RHEL 6 or 7 is supported

Where SuSE as well as other OSs are mentioned as supported for the Apache agent using Access Manager,
Are these agents compatible and supported with Auth Manager 8.x?
If no, is there any alternative for protecting Apaches on SuSE?
