Like some of the other tickets, I am unable to download software updates or manage cases. I'm also unable to download the license file for the soft tokens that we just purchased on the myRSA site.
Software downloads gives me an access denied error:
The direct link to the case portal along with the Manage My Cases link both give me the access denied error:
The Open New Case link is slightly different but still non-functional:
On the myRSA site, I can only see the Products section and not any of the other sections:
Also, on the myRSA site, when attempting to download the license file for a newly purchased set of soft tokens, I'm unable to see the .zip file for download (it also doesn't show any license versions but I'm not sure this is needed for soft tokens):
I would appreciate any help with this.

Thanks for reaching out @joshaci and sorry about the issues you have been having. Your access to the case portal and to the Auth Manager downloads page should be resolved. Your access to myRSA is managed by another team, so now that you have case portal access you can either raise a case there or just send an email to support@rsa.com to get assistance with myRSA.

Thank you for your assistance. I can confirm that this did fix both my access to the case portal and to the auth manager downloads page. I can also confirm that it did not fix myRSA so I will put in a separate case for that.
