2. Configure the storage BEFORE installing the Endpoint Log Hybrid
3. Configure the primary endpoint log hybrid certificates BEFORE installing the Endpoint Log Hybrid
4. Install the Endpoint Log Hybrid
5. Configure the Endpoint Log Hybrid
6. Move an endpoint agent from one Endpoint Log Hybrid to another.
