In one module where we have used advance workflow-
user is required to manually mark the ‘request’ as completed.
This manual intervention should not be required as once all underlying tasks are completed , request should be treated as Completed.
May i know ,how we could auto close the Request as soon as all underlying tasks are completed?
should we need to make changes in workflow or is there any other way out.
