From the UI, the ways to interact with managing the hosts and groups within NetWitness Endpoint is quite simple and basic.
It makes it difficult to perform tasks on mass with a lot of hosts.
Are there any other way to manage groups and hosts within NetWitness Endpoint? Perhaps through the API.
I'm surprised there isn't even a basic tagging feature where you can tag a host and it automatically gets applied into a group.
We need to separate out our Advanced and Insights agents and it looks like the only way to do it is to add each host to the group individually. We're talking 1000 hosts and this is going to be quite manually intensive and a waste of time when some other method would be far better.
