After upgradation from 10.3.5 to 10.4.1 Decoder is unreachable

Hi,

 

we have upgraded the RSA netwitness console and hybrids from 10.3.5 to 10.4.1. Concentrator and collector are up and working fine but decoder is unrechable and in offline state.

 

kindly provide the resolution for the same.

 

Please note that we have not configure the ESA yet.
