As integrate SA to Authentication Active Directory(External Authentication)?

Hi, Guys

I have a problem, I´m configuring External Authentication "Active Directory" but not connect, error "Test Connection Failed", I did guide steps 10.5 (my version SA) but not work. I want know if exists any additional step. I hope us help me,

Hello

I would take a tcpdump on the SA Server.

It could be that a firewall is blocking the connection between the SA Server and the Domain Controller.

To take a tcpdump open a SSH session and type

tcpdump -i any host 1.2.3.4

(Replace 1.2.3.4 with the ip address of your domain controller). Then test the connection. If you only see Syn Packets then check the packets are actually reaching the Domain Controller. Also it looks like you are using a non standard port to connect to the Domain Controller. For LDAP port 389 is the standard.
