Called by a company called Kadence claiming to do research for RSA Voice of the Customer

I received a call from a Company doing Voice of the Customer research for RSA.

They attached the following letter.

Unfortunately the original email from Rohit Ghai may have been blocked.

Can anyone confirm if this is legit?
