i have configured the ip, netmask and gateway after that i tried to aceess SA server via browser by using its ip address but i got error 503, service unavailable.
powered by jetty.
can anyone tell me how to resolve this jetty error?

do you have the SA SP1 ISO file with you? You should be able to find all the rpm packages.

can you download from download.rsasecurity.com? or you may check with support.
you can download the packages from centos: Index of /centos/6/os/x86_64/Packages

You should be able to get the SA SP1 from SCOL/downloads.

i have SA 10.2 if i will update it SA 10.3 then is this jetty problem will resolve?

Hi,
your version of java sdk sounds really strange. It should be installed java-1.7.0-openjdk-1.7.0.19-2.3.9.1.el6_4.x86_64.
Do you update your system with yum? If you did that please don't do it anymore. You have to install only the packages in the packed file from RSA SCOL.

i don't think upgrade will resolved the issue, you try to reinstall the packages first.
btw, why didn't you open a support case?

I would open up a support case on the bad credential problem. What version are you running?
