Hello Utsav,

If you have access to RSA's Download Central and you have purchased virtualized (OVA) Netwitness components you will have access to download the OVAs from that site. If you have not purchased virtualized (OVA) Netwitness components you will not be entitled to the OVAs. There are only a few exceptions to this rule around virtual log collectors.

For anyone looking for Netwitness OVAs you should always contact your RSA Netwitness Sales person or contact RSA Netwitness Support by opening a case either via the web portal, email or phone. OVAs are not provided via the RSA Link site as the integrity of the OVAs cannot be guaranteed by RSA and should be distrusted by the community.

Hi John,

Thanks for your update. Actually my account is not linked to download portal and I have requested customer support to do so.

I saw ova files were provided through FTP by community hence requested.

Hi,

    I suggest opening a technical support case using support@rsa.com or 1-800-995-5095, Then the support engineer will make them available and or work to get your identity added to the downloads.

I can understand your confusion with the post that you have linked to. This was an unauthorized providing of the OVA. No customer should receive an OVA via Link or any other source outside of a Support Case or the RSA Download Central portal. As per David's comment, if a customer doesn't have access to OVAs then they must contact Support.
