concentrator failed to aggregate data from pecket decoder

today, i just got an issue with concentrator that its not showing any data in investigation for today. i checked the capture rate on packet decoder and got capture rate is 0 but max capture rate is increasing or total packet is also increasing means packet is coming on decoder then i restart the concentrator service but got issue is same so i reboot the device but got issue is still same. then i checked the concentrator congiguration where we add decoder for data aggregation and i got that its status is failed, i just removed the decoder add again first i got online and then status goes failed.

Hi i got some rule and report from RSA Live account about Compliance, but i am bit confused about compliance data and compliance system, can anyone explain these rule what does it mean and who will define the compliance data and system and how SA get to know about this, plz have a look on attached screen shot

Compliance is defined either by you company or regulation. Something like PCI.

For example, normal user should not access confidential data,this can be determined by User Access to Compliance Systems Summary or some other reports.

Once reviewed the reports, you will know whether your company is compliance or not. Some of the reports may need to submit to audit in order to pass the compliance audit.

I'm having similar issue as well. I've tried to restart both decoder & concentrator services, but the concentrator still failed to aggregate. If I were remove the device(concentrator), will the data in concentrator disappear? sorry if the question look stupid.
