Configure BigFix Enterprise Suite for ODBC Collection

Hi, i am integrating IBM Big Fix with SIEM, when doing test connection then getting error as given below.

Error! An error occurred creating an ODBC connection for DSN: Bigfix The trapped error is: Unable to create an ODBC connection. DSN: Bigfix; username: root; reason: state: 08001; error-code: 0; description: [RSA][ODBC 20101 driver]7508 

Driver Details :- /opt/netwitness/odbc/lib/R3sqls27.so and BigFix Enterprise Suite version is 9.2.9 while i have supported configuration document is version 7.2. 

Kindly suggest what need to do.

HI Sachin,

Have you checked port connection between Collector and Database server?

Please make sure no additional spaces in DSN configuration.
