I want to create a role called Content_Builder (on 10.5). I need to allow those in the role to add custom content such as add/modify the parsers, add/create feeds, and add/modify Net/App/Cor Rules. I gave up and assigned the person Admin access, but I would like to go back and just give them the least amount of privileges. Thanks!
