Default SMTP ESA Notification Template

Accidently I deleted the default SMTP Template for ESA notifications. Can somebody point me where I can download the template or recover it or if someone please can send it to me?

If you have lab environment, you can copy from that. If you dont have any lab, please share us the Netwitness version.

Thanks for version details. As 11.2 is already EOPS, i dont have any lab. Attaching 11.4 Template file, you could try using it.
