Hi, I happen to delete a machine (right click --> Advanced --> remove selection from the database...) in the ECAT console. However, the agent service is still running on the endpoint. other than reinstall ECAT agent on the endpoint, is there a way to call the agent back so that it will appear in the ECAT console again?

There would not be a method to callback the agent, however, if the agent is sending tracking data back to the ECAT server, the agent may have already been added back. Since the agent has not been uninstalled, it is still communicating with the ECAT server and send its tracking data back in.
If that is not the case, then you would likely need to reinstall the agent for that system.
