ESA Virtual Appliance "Enable failed. Please click to retry"

Hi all,

 

I have problem to add an virtual appliance Event Stream Analysis.

 

In webui I can see the error message "Enable failed. Please click to retry" and I cant enable the appliance.

 

In log messages:

I followed the Article number: 000029081 to clear the certificate from this appliance, but without success.

 

Anyone could help me?

Hi all,

 

I could fix it in my test environment. It was time sync that was wrong. Tomorrow I will check in my production environment.

Hi Rmanzo,

 

I am facing same issue.

I have checked date & time also.(ntp configured). Same time entry is present on SA and appliance (virtual log collector).

Could you please tell me which command you ran to fix this issue.
