We currently use your software at work and I have been looking at downloading the log Parser Tool but for whatever reason I cannot get to the download page. Either I am unauthorized/the content does not exist or it is restricted. To make things slightly more frustrating I have tried to contact your customer service team via email but also get a sign on error. would you please be able to assist me with these issues please!
