How can we remove Html links in the reports?

Hi all,

Is there any possibility to remove html links in the reports which we generate and also how to add the footer in the report? Can someone guide me please.

Yes, you can do this.

Please make sure that you remove the hostname which is available in the ReportingEngine->config ->output actions -> SA Configuration section.

Any report that is generated after this modification will not have Html links in the reports.

And also can you know how to add footer in the reports...like i want to add "Private and Confidential' to the footer section

Please follow below steps

1.navigate to Reports -> Manage -> Reports tab

2. select the report -> edit the report

3.edit report will take you to report edit tab

4. on the left side of the page you will see Text tab with Header1…Body Text

5.Drag the body text to the left panel of the screen when list of rules get displayed.

6.Edit the body text to add your foot note and save

7.run the report and generate PDF/view report results in view – you will be able to see footnote
