How long does data remains in concentrator ?

Hi, How long does data remain in the concentrator ? I am trying to generate report for Nov 2017 against the concentrator and archiver and the report content says "No values available for the Rule"

Changing the date range to Dec 2017 produces report with proper content.

Hi Balvinderjit,

Please navigate to Concentrator->Explore->Index->Stats page and check time.begin value. This is date from which data available for investigation.

 Follow same for Archiver to see start of data.

The Archiver and Concentrator has start date around June/August 2017. Surprisingly no data shown for Nov 2017 in the reports. Same rule applied and works for Dec 2017.
