Is snare supported on Xenapp desktops/servers

We are trying to integrate the windows server hosted in citrix vm with RSA SA. Snare got installed but unable to view the config page of snare to configure. 

Version as follows,

Windows 2012 R2 Standard

Citrix Virtual Delivery Agent 7.6.3

Snare: SnareForWindows-4.0.2.0-MultiArchOpenSource

Any idea if this is supported.

What version of SNARE?  Have you referred to the SNARE documentation? You should have access to a GUI config page unless it was disabled at install.

Yes i have referred the snare documentation and btw we have ample of servers integrated via snare.This type of infra(Xenapp) is new, so have raised a concern and need to know if anyone aware of it.

Hi I think this question is best directed at the manufacturers of Snare rather than RSA.
