We have a need to install NetWitness within a development environment for the purposes of testing content and training new analysts. Back in the good ol' v10.x days, I seem to remember an option for a "demo install" which allowed you to bypass the strict hardware, storage and memory requirements for NetWitness installations.
I don't see a demo install option available when installing v11.3 via ISO so I wanted to ask if there is a secret Contra code to allow installation of NW within a dev/demo environment.
Thanks!

11.x will install on varied hardware or in a VM environment, without needing a "demo" option, it is not as strict as 10.x where it verifies you are running on qualified hardware. I run a complete lab on a half dozen Lenovo Laptops, just make sure you have enough resources allocated to run the particular system (or you may have to tweak some settings if your resources are low.
Since 11.x supports 3rd party hardware (for the most part) you should be able to just install it as normal from the ISO. As a note, since the ISO process is different for 11.3, note that some older hardware may need BIOS upgrades to be able to install from the 11.3 ISO or USB stick.
