Hi Shady,
Yes, this is an open issue at the moment that is affecting anyone who is trying to install the Jive Outlook plugin for the first time. We have a support ticket open with the company who produces it and they informed us there's a fix for the issue coming in the next release of the plugin which is on 10/26. In the meantime, we're still looking for a workaround, but on 10/26 this should be functional again.

I tested it today and it seems working :). So I believe the issue has been solved.
