Log collector upgrade from 10.3 to 10.4

Hi,

I was upgrading the remote log collectors to 10.4 & while installing the package I got the following error:

[root@xxxxxx etc]# yum install rsa-sa-gpg-pubkeys

Loaded plugins: fastestmirror

Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile

http://yyyyyyyyyy/rsa/updates/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 502 Proxy Error ( The host was not found. )"

Trying other mirror.

Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: nwupdates. Please verify its path and try againav

Can anyone help me with the troubleshooting steps.

How is your /etc/yum.repos.d/rsa.repo setup?

Should be similar to below

[RSASoftware]

name=RSA Software Updates Repo

baseurl=hxxp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/rsa/updates/

## TODO enable once this is fixed

enabled=1

gpgcheck=0

sslverify=1

sslcacert=/etc/pki/CA/certs/RSACorpCAv2.pem

Hi Sean,

Did check the repo data & found there was an entry of proxy. Have deleted the same & tried to install again & it does successful upgrade.
