re-image RSA SA4Logs

Hello all,

I'm trying to re-image the AIO4Logs appliance and already have created the bootable USB key

What is the BIOS option to boot from USB? have tried F11 but no boot order containing USB is showed only the network interfaces and disc controllers configuration.

F11 should work - see the following link detailing the process:

If the USB is not being recognized it may be worth trying another brand/model of stick.

I have had to do this multiple times.  When you press F11, you are given several options, and youre right, the buildstick is not listed.  You have to highlight the option for hard drive.  Is the buildstick not showing up there?

try different usb port, or try different usb drive, i don't have any issue last time, but the port caused some problem.
