Registering Netwitness Investigator Freeware Issue

I'm trying to register my copy of Netwitness Investigator and after receiving the email with the registration code Windows 8 seems to be having an issue with the nw:// protocol; will not launch Netwitness Investigator and asks to search for a program in the windows store.  I tried re-installing Netwitness Investigator with no luck.

Not even sure if Windows 8 is support being the link to download the freeware version does not list system requirements.

Its a registry setting.  I'm not familiar with Windows 8, but here is the old registry setting that worked on older versions that would register the nw:// uri handler.

Thanks Fielder that worked.  Had to make some minor tweaks to the path and the exe, but all is good
