RSA ECAT Installation Is Failing - Pls suggest

Hi,

I am currently trying to install RSA ECAT 4.1.1 on MS Windows Server 2008 R2 by referring & doing the proper steps from the official installation document for v4.1.1, but this is the third time I am facing the same error.

The database & ECAT all components I am installing on the same machine.

So could any body pls suggest me that why the below error is triggering.

Kindly suggest on the same.
