RSA VLC 10.3.2 Upgrade Errors

Hello All,

I am trying to upgrade my VLC of RSA SA from it's 10.3.2 v to 10.4.0. But I am facing an issue while upgrading the same.

Kindly refer to the below mentioned notes which I had copied. Kindly suggest how this can be upgrade to 10.4.0.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

I know it sounds tedious, but you might try upgrading to 10.3.4 first.  Make that first hop and see if the required packages come packed into that version...and then try the jump to 10.4.

Hope you are doing well.

Well I had also done the same pattern of upgradation on 2 AIO for logs also from 10.3.2 to directly 10.4.2. But yes I had  faced some kind of challenges and issues while doing this.

But in case of VLC, I am not having any idea that what kind of these errors are coming for.

I had also tried to troubleshoot the same, but all goes in vain unfortunately.

I also opened a case with CS as well, but no response yet.

I hope I get a solution for this soon.

What happens when you do a "yum install erlang-wx-R16B03-0.2.el6.x86_64"   ??

Does it install those dependencies?

Below is the error message that what I am receiving on both GUI and on CLI.

Transaction Check Error:
