HI Everyone
I just installed SA 10.2 SP1:
- SA Server
- Concentrator
- Logdecoder
Now there are two issues, maybe somebody else had similar problems:
- I can't license the Logdecoder, whatever I do. It tells me that activation was successfull, but "Licensed" status still sais "no" as well as the system tab on the Logdecoder.
- I can't update the system: "Yum operation failed. The repository is in an invalid state. Please wait until a successful synchronization occurs."
I already tried a lot of things like returning all licenses, deleting license information on the Logdecoder,...that didn't solve the license issue.
Regarding the "repository in an invalid state",...I'm at a loss actually 🙂
Anybody got an idea?
Regards
Rafael

Yep, I see the problem now. There's a packet license, not for logs. I guess I did something wrong there. It doesn't seem possible to map an add-on to a different server (as the old one was deleted).

If you were saying that the "System Update" column in Administration > Devices says "Setup Failed", mine does too, I believe it's a bug.

Yes, I think it's a bug;-) Still got that for the logDecoder device.
Regarding the license: I removed license add-on from my server, but it was not really removed in the back end @RSA. Now that was fixed and everything is OK again.
Thanks for the input 🙂

same here. if you create the netwitness.repo manually, then everything ok.
I think need to wait for sa.repo be created then you can do setup
