Hi,
We use RSA 11.3 Logs and packet and unable to login to web UI. Below error appear. All server working fine and can connect remotely via SSH. I restarted the rsa-admin-server service but not resolved.Please help.

I normally encounter that error either when the security-server service on the Node0 is down, or (if logging in with Active Directory user account) that my AD server cannot be reached.
In this second scenario, its either because my AD server has shutdown, or because the credentials I used within NetWitness to connect to AD have gone bad (expired/account disabled/etc).
