Hi All,
While updating and upgrading the SA from 10.4.0.0 to 10.4.0.1 or 10.4.1.1 or to 10.5, I am facing the below issues while running the commands.
Please suggest how I can upgrade it.

Hi Deepanshu,
Please check if you have connectivity to cms.netwitness.com , port 80 and 443 should have connectivity to IP
69.195.204.202

I am able to login this IP address over port 80 & 443 with my Live credentials.

Can you send me the screenshot of files contained in /var/netwitness/srv/www/rsa/updates/.
Make sure that there are RemoteRPM or SAUserUploaded files.
Also send me the screenshot or the yum.repos.d entry.

I would recommend following the resolution steps in the knowledgebase article 17212, which should correct your issue.

You need to set your Live credentials again...they are not set in the SA.REPO file. You can set them from the GUI when you go to the LIVE settings and re-enter your credentials and click test (successful hopefully) and then apply. This will append your username and password to the repo file correctly
otherwise you can set your live credentials manually via the SA.REPO file in /etc/yum.repos.d, then -> yum check-update and you should be working.
