Sasftpagent Error While Checking the Verboes Logs

Hi,

I am trying to integrate the MS IIS with RSA SA, but when I had entered the sasftpagent -v command on the event source cmd to check the logs status, I received the below error message in cmd console.

Does any one have a idea, what is this error is and how we can check whether the logs started processing or not.

Now run the command after entering to sasftpagent directory @ C:\

C:\sasftpagent>sasftpagent -v

I would check that the sasftpagent.exe executable is in that directory and check that the size of it is valid too.

The command to check is "sasftpagent -v" which should be run under "C:/sasftpagent" directory and after that see the logs for further error

In image I am seeing that you have run wrong command i.e. "sastfpagent -v" instead of "sasftpagent -v"

In the same cmd console, next command I typed correctly.`

And the error popups is:

“The system cannot execute the specified program.”

- What is the size of the sasftpagent.exe file? Is it correct?

- Can you do a dir sasftpagent.exe and post the output?

- Is there any antivirus software on the server that is blocking

execution of the file?

But at the time of installation of the sasftpagent also, I am getting an error message and I had tried this on 2-3 machines and facing the same issue.
