Security Analytics v10.4 upgrade

Hi,

I need to upgrade my AIO box of SA to 10.4 from 10.3.3 but I cannot find the upgrade package on SCOL. Can someone help me with the link for upgrade files?

You need to download the same from RSA Download Central (RSA DLC).

Thanks for the info Deepanshu. Can you please tell me if there is difference between login information of SCOL and DLC since I am unable to logon with SCOL credentials!!

Already tried that. Unfortunately it says that I already am enrolled as I have an account on SCOL!

Below is the message I get:

"Our records show your request for enrollment has been already submitted. Please log into Self Service Console to manage your account."

Hello Rahul,

Then you need to click on self service login to enable and set your account with password.

I hope after that you will be able to login in the download central with these credentials.

Unfortunately, can't find any option to register my account for Download Central. The only thing useful I can see in self service console is that I am part of SCOL online user group. And there is no option to add access for Download Central.

In addition, I also see that you are looking for the upgrade kit and not the fresh install. Note that upgrade kits are available in SCOL while fresh install kits are available at RSA DLC. Thanks MrFranco. I looked up at SCOL earlir but the upgrade package I found was of only 20MB which got me wondering. Is that the correct package?

Rahul, their is no package available on scol for upgarde.

If you want to upgrade your SA, then you can also upgrade the same by online medium.

Just go through the upgrade docs to look how to upgrade the sa server without uploading any rpm manually. It will upgrade the sa automatically.
