Has anyone experienced an issue on the concentrator where it takes a long time for the values to appear on the page
for example when you select navigate followed by the time period you want to review the data for, the values used to appear on the screen quite quickly.
But recently when I try to bring up the values, its takes about 5 minutes for the values to appear and even then only about 40% of the values appear
I have cleared the internet history and re arranged the meta keys only selecting the main 5 values I review and closing the the values that I do not wish to see
But still I am getting a very slow performance - my network has been checked and there are no network issues that would cause the issue

Haven't done it yet, but we will do it within few days. Let us know, if that helps.

It didn't help at least in our environment. We upgraded the system to the newest version as well. However, support said that the fix will help in situations where scheduled reports contains some errors. We had seen 2 kind of errors and after this change we can now see only one kind of error every now and then: "Unable To Fetch Schema From The Data Source". The one which we don't see anymore was "Error occurred while connecting to data source".
Are you using SA server above VMware or do you have dedicated SA appliance? Our SA server runs on VMware and we have had these weird slowness issues from the beginning. I wonder if there are same kind of issues when running SA on a dedicated appliance. VMware can affect in many ways...

Coming in on this thread a bit late, but when you query for a single IP address as mentioned above, what time range are you preloading? If you try to query against all data first, you will need to go get lunch. Best to query for the single IP in the past 24 hours first, and then change the time field to all data, even if there are zero results after the initial query. The data will return quickly.
I have also noticed with the latest version that multiple people sharing a same login like admin, if one person queries for the past 12 hours and another person does a separate query for all data, the all data time setting change will cross over into the query session of the person looking at 12 hours of data- and what would normally come back pretty quick gets interrupted with a longer query time frame.

ive come across random slowness in queries as well. no real reasoning behind it, in the past i have noticed that there are quite a bit of stale sessions on the appliance( several days old) i usually clear them out with a service cycle( not ideal but it gets done) a better way would be to make them time out after x period.
