Source Server in Unhealthy State on SA server

Every 10 mints we are receiving Unhealthy State alarm on head server. and auto clean by it self. i have verifyed the drive status and sa.log file but no error logs . please help me on this.

NW Health High Severity Alarm: Source Server in Unhealthy State on SA Server.

Additional Information

The Source Server is currently in an unhealthy state. The service is either not running or some of the services Health Checks are in an unhealthy state.
