Trial Re-license on RSA SA 10.6?

Hi,

I have a customer who's trial license of RSA SA v10.6 got expired & the customer is still in the process the procure the license & support for the solution.

So can we again re-license RSA SA v10.6 with the trail license files by uploading it.

The reason why I am asking is because the upload license option is greyed & non-highlighted for any component.

Kindly advise, is there any way to license it again.

As of 10.6.0 all Trial Licenses are built in. If the 90 day built in trial licenses have expired you are stuck with expired licenses until the customer's real licenses can be deployed to the Netwitness UI server. The upload license is grayed out because you can no longer upload licenses to services manually.
