Unable to activate RSA Netwitness Investigator

I am unable to activate RSA Netwitness investigator freeware. I downloaded the software to a Windows laptop and I am attempting to activate the freeware version and am following the instructions to do so, but I keep getting the same error message (Registration Failed 400; false). I do not know how to get around this, and I am not getting an activation email either. I have checked the junk/spam folder for an activation email from Netwitness and I did not get it. I have tried this numerous times. Does anyone have any suggestions ? I am connected to wifi on the laptop.

Hello edelay

 

When filling out the registration page for the Investigator freeware program make sure to NOT enter a blank space in any of the fields.

 

The "Registration Failed 400" error will appear if there is a space character in any of the fields.
