Unable To Receive Email Notifications From SA Server

Hello All,

           Actually my one of the customer is having their mail accounts on google mail server and on yahoo mail server, so I want to configure those email id on

RSA SA server for email notification, so that for any event notification I recieve a email on the google and on yahoo mail server.

I am attaching few screenshots that I am able to add the email id successfully in the SA console.

But I hadn't recived any email yet so for on my personal email id.

How I will I be able to receive those email notifications and also the reports of SA server on email.

Kindly suggest.

For more refernce I am attaching few screenshots which proofs that I have successfully configured my email id (google email id) with SA, but still not reciving any email.

Hi Deepanshu,

Check with your Networks team whether the incoming & outgoing ports of (Exchange Server at your end) are open for the same or not.

Hello Rakesh,

As I earlier mentioned in my last email that they don't have the email network in our environment locally or not have a dedicated MS Exchange Server for email, only the way to access the mails via browser by access the google mail links.

Then how we can check the incoming and outgoing ports for exchange.

you can use mail.google.com for SA.

I want the SA email notification on my google mail id, and unable to receive any.

I configure smtp.google.com as a server with 625 as a port number.

Also the user id and password. I successfully added the details on SA, but not getting any email still.

Hello Patriot3w,

                        Earlier I tried without SSL connection and now I tried with SSL port 465, the SA shows the connection is successful.But still I am unable to receive the emails. For reference I am attaching a screenshot.

Do you have any idea, what can be the problem between the SA and the gmail.
