updating certificates

Hello---

We are preparing to update the Certificates on our Netwitness appliances.  We are currently using the default Certs, and would like to update the certs using our own ca's  what are the steps on getting this process going?  is there any documentation on how this process works?   Also, how would I find the current certs on the servers via Linux command?  I've been trying but I'm getting an error stating "unable to load certificate"
