Username of RSA-IM Configuration

What is the Username we need to provide under Incident Management path Administration > Services > View > Explore >Service > Configuration > database

The default credentials by default are below:-

Username:- im

Password:- im

After just putting username, service rsa-im restart. I believe no more other changes required.

Yes you are correct. If you enter the correct credentials and put the host as the ESA, everything should work with no further change needed.
